Monthly Fee Schedules

Small Wonder operates on a monthly tuition basis. Fees are based on the hours and days enrolled/registered for — not on the days the child attends. The minimum enrollment days are three days a week. We do not have make up days. Additional time needed beyond the registered days will be billed as “Additional day” and added to your account at the daily rate, and added to your next month's statement.

Infants

6 weeks to 23 months

1-3 days per week: $540 per month
4 days per week: $720 per month
5 days per week: $900 per month
Extra Day: $45 per day

Toddlers

2 & 3 year olds

1-3 days per week: $480 per month
4 days per week: $640 per month
5 days per week: $800 per month
Extra Day: $40 per day

Diaper / Wipe Service (elective)

0-36 months *Does NOT include pull ups*

1-3 days per week: $30 per month
4 days per week: $35 per month
5 days per week: $40 per month

Preschool Age

4 - 6 year olds

1-3 days per week: $420 per month
4 days per week: $560 per month
5 days per week: $700 per month
Extra Day: $35 per day

Kinder Prep (In Center Add-on charge)

3 - 5 years

2 half days per week: $100 per month
3 half days per week: $150 per month

Kinder Prep (Out of Center charge)

Kids Club School Year - AM Only

Kindergarten - 12 years old

1-3 days per week: $60 per month
4 days per week: $80 per month

Kids Club Summer

Kindergarten - 12 years old

1-3 days per week: $360 per month
4 days per week: $480 per month
5 days per week: $600 per month
Extra Day: $30 per day

Tuition is always billed on the first of the month, and payment is due on the 5th of the month. You may also enroll for our direct debit services to choose an alternate payment date.

Late fees: Payment is due by the 5th of each month for that month. A fee of $50.00 will be assessed on the 6th day of the month. Child care will be discontinued on the 16th of the month. An additional $35 late fee will be applied monthly until balance is paid in full. Accounts will be turned over to a collection agency after 90 days. No late fees will be assessed for direct debit option if funds are received as agreed. Should funds not be available for withdrawal a late fee of $35.00 will be assessed on the 21st of the month. An additional $35 late fee will be applied monthly until balance is paid in full. Child care will be discontinued and the account turned over to collections after 90 days.

Rate revisions: Rates are revised every September. We reserve the right to re-evaluate our rates at any time however. In the event that our tuition rates change, we will provide at least one month’s notification.

Single parent families: Payment will be required from the person signing the registration contract. Small Wonder Child Care, Inc. will not bill or collect partial payments from two separate parents. Specific responsibility of payment is that of the contracting party. Small Wonder assumes no responsibility of collection from a third party such as insurance companies, flex plans, etc. Flex plans are the responsibility of the parent and payment is due according to policy.
